Federal’s new Liquid fork features a new style dropout made using the invest cast process. The dropout and lower leg/end section is one piece and joined to the fork using a high tolerance fit which is both brazed internally and Tig welded externally for a strong joint. The Liquid fork also features butted and tapered legs and a one-piece CNC’d steer tube with integrated bearing race and notched cut line. The Liquid fork still retains classic Federal fork geometry and weighs 2.06lbs. MacNeil’s new Tabarnak bar features full post weld heat treating, multi-butted Sanko tubing, 19mm cross bar and is available with 8.25″ or 8.75″ rise. The 8.25″ rise version is 28.5″ wide with 10º backsweep and 1º upsweep and the 8.75″ rise version is 30″ wide with 12º backsweep and 1º upsweep. The Cinema 777 front and rear wheels both begin with Cinema’s proven 777 double wall rim with a welded seam, 14 gauge stainless steel spokes, and brass nipples. The 777 front wheels feature a chromoly, 3/8″ threaded, female axle hub with precision sealed bearing and weigh in at 2.2 lbs. The 777 rear wheel features a 14mm hollow chromoly axle hub with precision sealed bearing and a fully sealed 9-tooth driver (RHD or LHD available) and weigh in at 2.7 lbs. Nigel Sylvester’s signature seat from Animal is the first Pivotal seat to feature a redesigned structure of the Pivotal base, designed by Animal.
