Now that Demolition‘s new video, Last Chance, is here in Canada we’re celebrating with a premiere party next Saturday (May 14) in Toronto. The party starts at 9:00PM at The Social (1100 Queen Street West) and goes all night. There will be some door prizes to be won and good times to be had so bring your friends and come out. If you’re anywhere near the Dundas, ON area this Saturday or can make it out, head over to Inflow Skatepark for their Am Jam. Doors open at 11AM and they have categories for every age group, you can get directions to the park here. They’ll also be doing a premiere of Wethepeople‘s new ‘Anytime Now’ DVD after the comp so be sure to check it out and support your local scene!
I just finished putting together a photogallery from the Pepsi Pro/Am event at Le Taz skatepark that went down last weekend. This Saturday, October 23, a bunch of us will be in Montreal for the Pepsi Pro/Am contest at Le Taz skatepark. This contest is a good time, and the nightlife after is even better. My friend and I are putting on the BMX Bonanza Jam again this year at our hometown skatepark in Simcoe, Ontario. It’s always a good time with tons of prizes for everyone and this year the park had a much need face-lift so there’s a ton of new stuff to ride. Come by on Saturday, October 9 to check it out, have some fun and hassle the carnies.
Mark at Jibs in Burlington, ON (425 Guelph Line) is holding a jam this Sunday the 26th from 12PM to 5PM. They’re doing a high jump comp, king of the manual and a bunch of other cool things. There’s going to be a lot of prizes and giveaways so check it out and visit one of the raddest shops in Ontario.
If you’re in the Woodstock, Ontario area today you should definitely stop by the Fusion Youth Cenre for their annual skate and BMX contest, should be a great time.
If you hadn’t yet noticed in the info about the BC Interior tour dates that we’re on right now, we’ll all be at the Inferno Jam in Penticton this Saturday. This jam is too good; great skatepark, good people and it’s right next to the beach. If you can make it out, do it, you won’t be disappointed!
If you’re anywhere near Quebec City this weekend be sure to check out the KONTESTAMATOR comp that Oli @ Mathieu Performance is putting together. It’s the 5th year for the contest and every year it gets bigger and better.
