You’ve been on the Federal program for a bit now, how’s everything going with that?

It’s been awesome man! Couldn’t ask for more, all the parts are dialed and I’m always pumped on everything they’re doing.

What’re your favourite moments from any of the Ten Pack summer tours that you’ve been on?

Getting to see homies that I don’t get to see nearly enough is so fun, seriously way too many to list. One that pops into my head right now is Jimmy Steele stealing a bag of oranges at like 4AM in Alberta somewhere and just lacing them at Luke Santucci in the hotel room. The next morning there was soo much pulp everywhere….good times! Other stories may include a little too much male nudity and might scare off younger audiences.

What are your plans for 2012/what are you looking forward to this year?

Gettin’ hitched for sure, gonna be an awesome time bringing the families together. Ten Pack trips should be good as well, a lot of friends have moved away over the past couple years so I can’t wait to see all those guys.

What’ve you been doing to get through the winter?

Playing hockey, fiddlin’ with a little guitar, hangin’ with the girl and riding at the Taz. Just a bunch of fun stuff.

You have a pretty relaxed attitude toward riding but you still get so much crazy shit done. Have you always had that approach toward riding?

Yea man, just love having a chill session with the guys. I’ve never been one to stress a trick at a certain spot, I always do my best riding at unexpected spots while just having a good time with friends. I can’t do that one on one filmer/rider thing, doesn’t work for me and I don’t want it to.

How many times do you think you’ve watched ‘The Last Waltz’ so far in your life?

I’ve estimated somewhere between 75 – 90 times. No exaggeration.

How many parts do you break per month? (Spencer Ramin)

In the winter definitely zero. In the summer I’d say I go through some spokes, a couple tubes, maybe a tire or two and a set of pedals every month. Other than that I don’t really break parts.

Have you ever considered challenging Ryan Howard to a game of peg only B.I.K.E? (Jake Montgomery)

No way man, that dude would throw down an X-up feeble down a curved kinked rail and I would forfeit! That guy is seriously so good, always really pumped on seeing new sections from him.

What’s you personal best line? (Kyle Symianick)

I was fooling around on a little flat rail one day and did an over ice to tooth to back over. Probably the hardest thing I’ve done seeing as how no matter how much I try I can’t do it for the camera, haha.

What else do you do other than ride for your sponsors ? (Mathyy Kink Ouellet)

A lot of stuff man. I work a lot, play hockey and like to travel. In the winter months riding is unfortunately a small part of my life but in the summer I’m always taking time off and trying to stay on the bike everyday.

Fav grind has gotta be lockin’ into a decent ice. I don’t listen to music while I ride, if you’ve ridden with me you’ll know that I spend more time talking about shit or shit-talking than actually riding. Best videos ever are the Presence vids, how fun is watching a video with all your friends?

According to Rooder, its the best ride he’s ever built up; Rolls hub in the back with rolls guard and Phantom in the front with guard as well. He’s also got the new Momentum tires, f-1 spline drive sproket, d-slim seat, Keystone stem (Chris Doyle), and Open Bars (Dennis Enarson).

You Mad?

BMXFU alpha male Greg Henry (WTP/Eclat) just put together a brand new WTP C.R.E.A.M frame loaded with WTP and Eclat parts and it looks tight. I fired him over a few questions (as well as a few questions posted on our Facebook page) about the bike and what he’s been up to. What’s up with brakes and steel pedals?

The brakes are for when I’m doubling a couple honeys on my four pegs and I wanna stay in control. Steel pedals are ballin’ ’cause they cost more.

How’re you dealing with winter?

Winter is whack. Indoor skatepark season pretty much. Me and a couple FU homies are gonna be making an escape to Cali for the Christmas break, looking forward to that.

What’s the role of the alpha male?
