The first day of the tour went over pretty well. We all flew in the day before and crashed in Vancouver for the night and made the drive to Kelowna yesterday morning. We got into Kelowna, checked into the hotel and then pedaled over to Cyclepath to meet Matt and the rest of the crew there and to hang out for a bit. We left the shop and headed to the skatepark nearby and had an awesome, chill session with all of the locals. Andrew Lazaruk (MacNeil), in the above photo, came to meet us as well and is our official tour guide of sorts and killed the skatepark as well. We ended last night by going to the OK Corral country bar…yea, country bar. Good times all in all.
